The Work is generally described as follows: The City of New Braunfels seeks a bid for the facilities included in the Landa Park Aquatic Complex Water Quality Retrofit plans, prepared for the City of New Braunfels. All proposals shall follow the format provided by the City of New Braunfels. The City is seeking a construction company with quality experience in parking lot and drainage infrastructure construction. Statement of Work: o Demolition of existing asphalt pavement. o Regrading of subgrade. o Reconstruction of parking lot including base, hot mix, ribbon curb, wheel stops and striping. o Installation of a landscaped drainage swale. o Installation of a grate inlet and underground reinforced concrete storm pipe to tie-in to existing storm sewer. o Contractor shall coordinate all work, inspections, and approvals with the City of New Braunfels. o Project shall comply with the United States Occupational Safety & Health Administration regulations. o Methods & Means of construction shall be compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. This includes obtaining all necessary permits and inspections. o Contractor to adhere to City of New Braunfels construction administration procedures. o Maintain and submit all project records such as record drawings, project manuals, and warranties for approval by the City of New Braunfels.
