Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Red Bank, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of the upgrade of the existing parking lots, including concrete improvements and partial roadway reconstruction of the East Side parking lots between Mechanic Street and Linden Place, as well as storm improvements. Concrete and roadway improvements include approximately: 180 CY Excavation, 10,100 SY of HMA Milling, 100 CY dense-graded aggregate, 210 TN 19M64 base course, 1,350 TN HMA 9.5M64 surface course, 3,000 LF of 8"x18" concrete curb, 375 SY of concrete sidewalk, 175 SY of concrete driveway, traffic striping and markings, miscellaneous storm drainage, landscaping and any and all associated work. Storm improvements include approximately: 65 LF 15" diameter RCP pipe, bedding and backfill, 2 UN Inlet Type 'B', 3 UN Reconstruct Inlet Type 'B', 1 UN Reconstruct Inlet Type 'A' Modified, 1 UN Reconstruct Inlet Type 'B' Modified, 2 UN Reset Inlet Type 'A', 2 UN Reset Inlet Type 'E', 1 UN Doghouse Manhole, Storm Sewer 4' Dia., 3 UN Reset Manhole, 1 UN Convert Inlet Type 'B' to Junction Box, and 1 UN Remove Inlet Type 'B' Modified. Electrical improvements include approximately: 4 UN Solar Powered LED Luminaire, 2 UN Main Electrical Service, 1 UN Security Camera Infrastructure For Future Security Cameras, 770 LF 2" Electrical Conduit for Future Vehicle Charging Station. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check not less than ten (10%) percent of the bid payable without any conditional endorsement as a guarantee that in case the contract is awarded to the bidder, he will within ten (10) days thereafter execute such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond. Upon failure to do so, he shall forfeit the bid security as liquidated damages and the acceptance of the bid will be contingent upon the fulfillment of this requirement by the bidder. No interest shall be allowed upon any such certified check g the Bids to promote competitive bidding, but in no event less than ten (10) days prior to said date. The Borough Council of the Borough of Red Bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids if in its opinion it is in the best interest of the Borough to do so
