Bids must comply with the requirements of the specifications and presented on the forms provided for this purpose. The Municipality of Saint-Modeste does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and also reserves the right to remove, at its convenience, certain parts of the contract. This call for tenders and the awarding of the contract are conditional on the approval of the loan by-law by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
