This project, located at 715 Mikinak Road, Ottawa, Ontario includes the development of a 2.5-acre parcel of land within Wateridge Village, formerly Canadian Forces Base Rockcliffe. The Concept Plan includes three mid-rise buildings with a total of 271 residential units, commercial at grade and surface parking.
