The documents will be available on the www.seao.ca website starting Friday, February 25, 2022, all subject to the pricing established by this organization (non-refundable). Each of the bidders must provide with his bid, a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bond, for an amount representing 10% of the total cost of the bid, including all taxes. The City of Val-d'Or does not undertake to retain either the lowest or any of the tenders submitted. Bidders are not entitled to any compensation for costs incurred in preparing and submitting their bid. Bid Bond 10% is required.
