Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Naperville is accepting bids from authorized contractors to complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The work consists of installing approximately 8,200 FT of 8 , 12 and 16 directionally drilled water main, 26 valves & vaults, 18 fire hydrants, 190 water services, 35 lead service replacements (complete), 14 drainage structures, 1,070 FT of 12 and 30 RCP storm sewer, 18,280 SQ FT of PCC sidewalk replacement, 200 SQ YD of 4 asphalt driveway replacement, 615 SQ YD of 6 PCC driveway replacement, 2,730 SQ YD of 10 and 14 Class D patching and landscape restoration.
