City invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with the Construction of Fire Station #7 and Fire Training Complex. Fire Station #7 is a two-story steel structure (approximately 15,800 sf.) with four bays and living quarters for a crew of 13 and includes roadway and intersection improvements in the TxDOT ROW of F.M. 306. The Fire Training Complex is a single-story steel framed classroom building (approximately 6,800sf.) and includes two apparatus bays (approximately 3,175sf) and two Design Build burn buildings.
