Estimated Project Value : 40,000 to 50,000 Summer Street Parking Lot located at the intersection of Summer Street and 3rd Avenue, Royersford, PA The Work generally consists of furnishing all equipment, labor and materials for, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Mill and overlay 380 SY of 4.5 25mm superpave base repair, 1850 SY of 1.5 9.5mm wearing course superpave, and concrete dumpster pad. The work is more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project drawings. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The project documents contain provisions regarding the applicability of PA Prevailing Wages. The Borough of Royersford reserves the right to reject any or all BIDS or portions thereof and to accept any BIDS, or portion of Bid, which in its judgment is for the best interest of the Borough. Upon review of submitted Bids, results will be posted online at PennBid website, and bids will be awarded at the subsequent meeting. PennBid charges an award fee of 1/3% (.0033) of the initial contract award amount to the awarded contractor. Bids for this Contract shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. Bids shall be effective for a period of sixty (60) calendar days.
