Renovation of a municipal facility in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Furnishing All Labor and Materials and Performing All Work Required by Baldwin County and Described as Follows: Project No.s Hw22140\d Roadway Leveling on Baldwin Beach Express Ii From U.s. 90 to Cowling Rd. - Hw22141 - Roadway Leveling on Waterworld Rd. From Cr. 64 to Eom, Twenty (20) Working Days Are Allowed for the Construction of the Project. Alabama bank or a Bidder's Bond, payable to Baldwin County, Alabama, for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid, but in no event more than fifty thousand dollars shall be filed with the proposal. The bidder's bond shall be prepared on the form specified and signed by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Alabama. A performance bond in the form and terms approved by the County in an amount not less than the contract price will be required at the signing of the contract. A labor and materials bond in the form and terms approved by the County in an amount not less than fifty percent (50%) of the contract price insuring payment for all labor and materials shall also be required at the signing of the contract. The right is reserved to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities and to furnish any item of material or work, and to change the amount of said contract. The right to reject any or all bids and to disregard any minor irregularities is reserved by the owner.
