Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bath, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project is for roadway improvements to include the widening and resurfacing of NY 54 at Industrial Park Road and the installation of a northbound left turn lane and other miscellaneous site improvements will also be included in the project. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for the opening of the bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening, but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Utilize staged construction to rehabilitate while maintaining one lane of traffic through the site at all times. - Clearing and grubbing. - Removal and repair of structural concrete. - Removal of structural concrete and replacement with Class D concrete. - Removal of structural concrete and replacement with vertical and overhead patching material. - Paving of roadway and pavement striping. - Installation of shoulder back up material. - Excavation and backfill. - Site restoration. - Whatever incidental work and appurtenances which are necessary to completely and satisfactorily construct the project.
