The City of Garden Grove is requesting assistance from qualified consultants to provide services related to the management of the City s Construction and Demolition Program (C&D Program). Late proposals will not be accepted for any reason. All questions regarding this RFP are to be sent in writing, via email only, to Sandra Segawa. The email address for all questions is as follows: sandras@ggcity.org. Due to COVID-19, the City will NOT be accepting walk-in/hand deliveries of proposals. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City s Planet Bids portal or they will not be accepted or considered for any reason.
