The purpose of this project is to review and analyse the current conditions for walking, wheeling, transit, traffic and goods for the area encompassed by the Riley Communities Local Area Plan (in development) and to recommend short, medium, and long-term upgrades to the network to improve comfort, safety and efficiency for all modes. The main tasks for the study include a multi-modal transportation analysis, a safety and comfort review, and the creation of a list of possible improvements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.calgary.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
