Prepare a proposal to refurbish and make improvements to existing spray ground. Project Location: Saluda Shoals Park - Columbia SC The Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission (ICRC) is seeking proposals from interested contractors to submit a detailed proposal outlining all elements/features/components/size of the proposed structure(s) that can be expected within the defined budget ($250,000) This project will incorporate replacing 20 year old fixtures, resurfacing, and adding new spray amenities to include elements that will provide inclusive use and wheelchair accessibility to an existing splash pad. This project will include the addition of a wheelchair storage building, picnic shelter, and additional ADA accessible pathways providing multiple access points Existing Splash Pad is Approximately 6,500 sq' feet New shelter to match 800 sq. feet existing shelter Provide storage building to house wheelchairs for use on the splashpad. Pathways to connect area amenities meeting ADA specification Please see project are layout attached
