Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Williston, North Dakota. Working plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

No definite date for the rebid.** Envelopes containing the proposals must be sealed, addressed to the Williston council for the Aging, and designated as "Transit Addition" The Owner reserves the right to hold all Bids for a period of sixty (60) days, to accept or reject all Bids, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be in the best interest of the Owner. Partial or complete sets of prints and specifications may be obtained from EAPC by other than the above. The sets or partial sets will be distributed upon receipt of payment for the information charged at the current reproduction rate. None of this payment will be refunded. Completeness and adequacy of the list of documents requested shall be the responsibility of the person making the request. FEDERAL REGULATIONS. This contract is Federally assisted. The Contractor must comply with the DBE, Davis-Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, and the Contract Work Hours Standards. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the Contractor and Subcontractors not to discriminate in employment practices. Bidders must submit a compliance report in conformity with the President's Executive Order No. 11246. Review the Special Provisions of the Contract carefully for eligibility to bid. For more information on Federal wage rates see section 00 8000 Special conditions. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE) - This contract is subject to the requirements of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26, Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation and Federal Transportation Administration funded programs. The agency's overall goal for DBE participation is 1.12%. A separate contract goal has not been established for this procurement. Each bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a Bidders Bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid, including all add alternates, executed by the bidder as principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in this State, as required by NDCC Section 48- 01.2-05(4), and conditioned that if the Principal's bid be accepted and the contract awarded to him, he, within ten days after notice of award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of his bid and a Contractor's Bond (performance and payment bonds) according to law and the regulations and determinations of the governing Board. Cash, cashier's checks or certified checks will not be accepted as bid security in place of the required bond. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids, as provided by North Dakota Century Code Section 43-07-05. All bidders must include a copy of their current North Dakota contractor's license or renewal in the same separate envelope with the Bidders Bond pursuant to NDCC Section 48-01.2-05(4). No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and licenses, and any bid submitted deficient in these respects will be re-sealed and returned to the bidder immediately. THE OWNER reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject Bids and to hold all Bids for a period of 60 days after the date fixed for the opening thereof. DBE participation is 1.12% The project consists of a new 3 bay metal building addition for vehicle storage. New emergency generator and updated finishes in the existing facility The Project involves a 26,000sq.ft. pre-engineered metal building. The main parking portion 100' x 230' has in floor radiant heat with 18' sidewalls. The office portion 100' x 30' has offices, restrooms, and a break room. and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
