This Request for Contractor Qualifications ("RFCQ") is an invitation by Wyatt Engineering Ltd. on behalf of the Town of Coronach ("the Town") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide the Town of Coronach Business District Water and Wastewater Upgrades as further described in the RFCQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables") The successful proponent will be responsible for completing upgrades to the water distribution and sewer collection infrastructure and storm water gravity main and swale, which are original to the Town, to support the Coronach Business District. Prequalification Process: Responses will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in Part 2 of the RFCQ. Based on the evaluation of responses, certain respondents will be selected for inclusion on a prequalified Contractor list of contractors that are eligible to participate in an invitational second-stage competitive process for the potential provision of the Deliverables to the Town of Coronach. Deadline for Questions - March 9, 2022 The RFCQ timetable is tentative only and may be changed by the Town at any time, via addendum. The Coronach Business District is central to the Town and consists of twenty-one (21) operating businesses, three (3) community churches, eight (8) community-run organizations and three (3) vacant businesses. This project, "Coronach Business District Water and Wastewater", is receiving third-party funding from the Prairies Economic Development division of the Government of Canada.
