Renovation of a library in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of April 4 the project was awarded to Kay & Sons for $5,330.16. This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award as a whole. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department. Replacement of the existing awning fabric only. Retractable awning. Lateral arm recover;. TempoTest/Para Brand/Pattern 15/1; CREAM color or equivalent. Color to match as close to existing as is currently available. 11' x 12'; price to include the awning and installation.
