Pir-Vir , over a length of approximately 1,071 meters, located in the municipality of Saint-Valentin, approximate start date of work: August 1 , 2022. Rivi re du Sud, branches 47 and 48 , over a length of approximately 2,383 meters, located in the municipality of Saint-S bastien, approximate start date of work: August 1 , 2022. Depending on the weather conditions and the approvals required from the various ministries, the start of the work may be delayed. The work must be completed by October 1 , 2022, with the exception of the disposal of the excavations. The documents of this call for tenders are available on the Electronic tender system website. Specific directives according to the Contract Management Policy of the MRC du Haut-Richelieu: 1) Any person who communicates or attempts to communicate, for the purpose of influencing him, with one of the members of the selection committee regarding a call for tenders for which he, or a person he represents, has submitted a tender, may see this submission rejected. 2) The MRC du Haut-Richelieu may terminate or amend a contract obtained by a company that has communicated or attempted to communicate, with the aim of influencing it, with one of the members of the selection committee in relation to this call for tenders. 3) The MRC du Haut-Richelieu, in the event of non-compliance with the Lobbying Transparency and Ethics Act (RSQ, c. T-11.011) and the Lobbyists' Code of Ethics, may terminate the contract if the non-compliance is discovered after the contract has been awarded, provided that the breach is linked to events directly related to a contract or a call for tenders from the MRC du Haut-Richelieu. 4) In the event that the tenders are higher than the market rates, the MRC du Haut-Richelieu reserves the right not to retain any tender. 5) Any donation, payment, offer, remuneration or advantage granted to an employee, member of the selection committee, member of the MRC council or to the person designated under article 4 A.1 of the Contract management policy of the MRC du Haut-Richelieu with a view to being awarded a contract, may lead, by decision of the council, to the rejection of the tender or, where applicable, the termination of the contract. 6) A person who participated in the development and follow-up of the call for tenders cannot bid, nor directly or indirectly control a bidding company. The Council of the MRC du Haut-Richelieu reserves the right not to accept any of the tenders, even the lowest, and only tenders that comply with the request will be considered. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
