Site work for a water / sewer project in Elk River, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project work scope consists of the procurement and purchase of electric meters, water meters, radio units and network equipment along with professional services for the AMI network design, integration, testing and troubleshooting, firmware, hosting services and training, all as set forth in detail in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The procurement does not include the purchase of meter installation services or construction work. ERMU reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, modify specifications, negotiate price and contact terms, and award the contract, in whole or in part, as it deems to be in its best interest. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Note the key milestones captured in Table 1: Procurement Schedule of the RFP document, including: Intent to Respond form due March 14, 2022 Last day to submit questions on the RFP is March 25, 2022 RFP Responses are due electronically by 2PM CT, on April 11, 2022
