The City of Phoenix Aviation Department ( City , Aviation Department ) invites sealed offers from qualified vendors to provide pump and clean out services for interceptors, stormceptors, injector pits, storm drain catch basins, inlets and lines on an as-needed basis, for a five (5)-year contract term beginning on or about July 1, 2022 in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein. Therefore, in lieu of actual damages, the Contractor shall pay to the City as fixed, agreed and liquidated damages for each calendar day of the delay, the amount of $ 200. The City may terminate this contract in whole or in part as provided in the Default provision. In that event, the Contractor shall be liable for such liquidated damages accruing until the City may reasonably obtain delivery or performance of similar supplies and services Written Inquiries Due Date Thursday, March 3, 2022 by 11:00am Amy.m.turner@phoenix.gov AND avn.procurephx@phoenix.gov The City may, at its sole discretion, reject any offer from an Offeror who has not registered.
