Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Berlin, Connecticut. Design plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Berlin is seeking proposals for a Feasibility Study and subsequent Design and Construction Administration Services from experienced, qualified, and independent firms. This contract has an anticipated start date of Spring 2022.The project goal is to enable the Town to commence the renovation of the field during the summer/fall of 2022, upon completion of the permitting approvals and construction documents. Each proposer is responsible for checking the Town s website to determine if the Town has issued any addenda and, if so, to complete its proposal in accordance with the RFP as modified by the addenda. The Town reserves the right to amend or terminate this Request for Proposal, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town s judgment, will be in the Town s best interests. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
