Renovation of an educational facility in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Washoe County School District Washoe County School District, in accordance with the provisions of NRS 338. The physical work is to be commenced upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Work shall be completed on or before August 5, 2022. Contractor must agree that Owner may retain from the monies due the Contractor One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per day (Liquidated Damages) as a direct result of the Contractor s delay or for not completing the project in the required time allowance plus approved time extensions.
