Final Completion for the Performance Period on or before 210 continuouscalendar days from NTP date. 1. Coordinate all work, permitting, special inspections and all requirements listed or not listed in these contract documents with SCA requirements and all required NYC agency codes andguidelines.
2. Install approved site safety and protection elements including perimeter construction fencing with signage, approved site lighting, silt and sediment control fencing, storm system inlet filters, protective tree barriers, construction entrance(s)/gate(s), sidewalk sheds, etc. per NYC agency requirements.
3. Provide construction trailer(s) as required by the Temporary Facilities Specification Section including temporary power, data, sewer and water.
4. Contractor to provide for the safe recycling and disposal of all elements listed or not listed in these contract documents to approved recycling and disposal facilities.
5. Provide hazardous materials abatement of existing 2-story medical office building.
6. Removal and approved recycling/disposal of interior loose items, chairs, desks, cabinets and miscellaneous equipment.
7. Coordinate with utility agencies to disconnect the services from the building to the street includingexcavation, backfill, compaction, grading and sidewalk/street repair as required.
8. Removal of shed roof and protection/shoring as required for the existing to remain CMU shed walls and adjacent site retaining wall.
9. Contractor to provide for the safe, methodical and controlled demolition of all interior nonstructural elements including but not limited to interior partitions and doors; flooring materials; gypsum and ACT ceilings; plumbing fixtures, equipment and piping; HVAC system units, ductwork and piping; fire suppression system equipment and piping; Electrical system equipment, panels, fixtures, conduit and wiring.
