Description

Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Salmo, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 170-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

For expansion of the attendant shack at the Central Transfer Station Attendant Shack to include a lunchroom, washroom and change room. The successful proponent will design, supply and install a complete addition to the existing Attendant Shack Building. The new addition will consist of 3 new spaces with the following areas: Half bath: 20ft2 +/-, Lunchroom: 100ft2 +/- and Change area: 50ft2 +/-. Documents can be obtained from http://www.rdck.ca/
