Upgrade existing CDT Facility and Administrative Services Branch security system including large infrastructure of cameras, access badge readers, digital video records, and security software. Services must ensure compliance with industry standards and Federal Tax Information security regulations and any additional security requirements that may be necessary in the future. Services include critical hardware/software that must be maintained and/or replaced on the regular basis. Written Question Submittal Deadline April 1 @ 2:00 P.M. Proposed Award Date May 6 Prime Contractor must possess a valid and active Contractors State License Board (CSLB) General Class C-7, Low Voltage Systems Contractor license. Subcontractors cannot be used to fulfill this requirement. The CDT reserves the right to reject any and all responses for reasonable cause. The CDT is not required to award a Contract. On the days of the Site-Conference, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow sufficient time for processing through Security. The Site-Conference will begin promptly at 10:00 AM (PST). Late arrivals will not be permitted to the Conference. No photographs may be taken of the campus facilities or equipment. Attendees must sign Sign-In Sheet for each day of the scheduled conference. RFQ Responses will only be accepted from firms represented as having attended each conference in full. If applicable, no more than two (2) representatives from a firm may attend, and each representative must be in attendance for both scheduled days.
