Frederick County, Virginia is currently accepting sealed bids for the Frederick County Administration Building Fire Alarm Replacement. The work to be done hereunder includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work for a fire alarm replacement for the Frederick County Administration Building, as indicated on Contract drawings and as specified herein.All inquiries and technical questions or comments related to this solicitation shall be directed to Tommy Watring, Maintenance Supervisor, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. The County reserves the right to reject any bid in whole or in part, delete items before making an award and when the County determinesthat any of the bid prices are significantly unbalanced to the potential detriment of the Countyand for other reasons when in the County s best interest.
