The work will be carried out during the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT Agreement concluded between the Government of Quebec and another government for the purpose of access to public markets. When competition is insufficient, the CSSBE may qualify any service provider that has an establishment in a territory not covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement.
