The Ottawa County Sherriff s Office is seeking services for rehabilitation and installation of a detention control and intercom system. Pricing in the response will include the following equipment and services: Intercom operator workstation with programming and icons for doors, electric, telephone and intercoms, New digital intercom system with stations throughout the facility new cabling as needed, network switch and UPS system backup capability, Install a total of 32 hallow metal doors that include 8 jamb lock, hinge glazing, welded in to cover all hinges and lock preps, Cell doors will be modified to swing out with new surface mounted locking hardware, new cabling in welded secure conduit, Complete testing of system at manufacturing site with installation technician present, System user training, 2, 4-hour sessions All equipment data sheets, riser diagrams, as-built drawings, Existing control consoles and cabling will be removed, Interconnections between detention control console and fire alarm control panel will be removed including fire alarm system boards, Fire alarm system programming will be modified Bids submitted must be clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope: and must be accompanied by a completed and notarized Statement of Non-Collusion as required by O.S. 74, Section 85.22. The successful bidder must comply with O.S. 19, Chapter 33 (Purchasing Procedures). The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or select the best bid(s) submitted based on availability of materials and transportation costs to job site, if such an award is deemed to be in the County s best interest. Contractor may provide a single bond that covers payment, performance and warranty. Contract will not be excused until all bonds and insurance are provided
