Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rockford, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Demolition of a 5 MG reservoir and the existing Stanley Street Booster Station, construction of a new 5 MG prestressed wirewound reservoir, construction of a new maintenance garage, modifications to the administration building, and additional site modifications. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Strand Associates, Inc. project manager is Ryan D. Wood, P.E., who can be contacted at Strand Associates, Inc., 910 West Wingra Drive, Madison, WI 53715, (608) 251-4843 regarding the Project. The City of Rockford reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any technicality. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 115 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
