Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The purpose of this Project is to install new conduit inside the CBD East Transfer Center (hereinafter Facility ), at 330 North Olive Street, Dallas, TX 75201. This Project does not utilize Federal Funding. The work will consist of and include, but not be limited to, demolition of ceramic floor tile, cmu wall base, and concrete slab. It will also include installation of new electrical conduit and patching concrete slab, ceramic floor tile, and cmu wall base. The Contractor (hereinafter Contractor ) shall field verify all measurements and existing conditions. All specified work for this Task Order shall be completed and accepted within forty-five (45) days after the Notice-to-Proceed has been issued. This is a required site visit for all vendors interested in bidding on the Conduit Installation.
