Reference Number : 1576261 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-10 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Municipality of Saint-Simon-les-Mines requires tenders for the repair of the road network of approximately 860 meters on Taylor road, including various drainage works AND the paving of Miller, Loweryson and Wintle streets. Each submission must be be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total amount. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. It declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders and reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract. The Municipality cannot be the subject of any lawsuit or claim for costs, losses or damages suffered as a result of such decisions.
