The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT, Department or Agency) is requesting proposals from qualified firms or Offerors to provide Statewide Geotechnical Engineering On-Call Services. This work will be performed statewide as an on-call basis. The selected Offeror shall perform the services as specified in Appendix A, Project Introduction and Scope of Work. Project numbers shown throughout this Request for Proposals (RFP) are subject to change throughout the life of the project. The Department intends on establishing a contract with a four (4) year term. In no case will the contract, including any and all renewals thereof, exceed a total of four (4) years in duration from the date of the initial contract. The Department, at its discretion, may issue multiple awards as a result of this RFP.
