All shipping, material, and labor to complete the code upgrades and life extension repairs shown in the phase 2 bid package. Major ventilation upgrades and fire protection systems are included with a fire water storage tank and new room for a fire pump. Extensive repair of ceilings and walls related to upgrades is expected. Envelope upgrades at doors, windows and building soffit are included. Work for upgrades at the kitchen, casework repair and select plumbing fixtures are includes as bid alternates with one of two sprinkler system options. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
