Site work for a mixed-use development in Surry, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for site work for a golf course; and playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Keene is pleased to announce a request for qualifications to provide professional design and public engagement services for the redesign of the former Wheelock Park Campground. Community groups seeking a dog park and a 9-hole disc golf course came forward to City Council s Municipal Services, Facilities and Infrastructure Committee on October 27, 2021 to repurpose the use of the abandoned campground. This project will review the current conditions, size, and determine if one or both can safely utilize the designated space, and engage the public through design options to meet the needs of the community for generations to come. The City reserves the right, through the City Manager, to accept and reject any or all QUALIFICATIONS, and to waive any defect when in the best interest of the City The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
