L-shape counter with lower cabinets for storage measuring 142 inches along the green wall pictured in Exhibit A and 96 inches jutting out into the room. B. Countertops must me made of durable laminate material. C. Industrial stainless steel sink measuring 36"x24"x14". D. Pull-down faucet compatible with an industrial-sized sink to facilitate washing out art supplies. E. Mop sink. F. 20-gallon upgraded water heater. Installation must include all incidentals required to guarantee the function of the installed items as intended and a functional area. All equipment and materials must be of a commercial or industrial standard. All material, equipment, and workmanship must be warrantied for 1 year after completion. The work must be substantially complete no later than June 11, 2022. The work must be fully complete and accepted by the City no later than June 30, 2022.
