A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Lindenwold Board of Education ( BOE ) is soliciting proposals, through the Extraordinary Unspecifiable Services (EUS) procurement process of Construction Management Firms ( CM ), ( Vendor ) to provide Construction Management services as indicated herein for the construction of the new Lindenwold Early Childhood (ECC) building. The Board of Education reserves the right to conduct formal interviews of any or all CM firms submitting a Proposal. The project scope for the construction of a new 87,000 sf, two-story Early Childhood Center and related site improvements at 801 Egg Harbor Road, Lindenwold, NJ 08021. The building preliminary estimated construction cost including site improvements and without loose furniture and furnishings, is $37,612.000, plus an additional $1,974,000 construction contingency for a total construction budget of $39,586,000. It is anticipated the construction work is to be performed per the attached tentative Project Schedule. It is the BOE s intent to award a construction contract to a single prime General Contractor for construction. The CM Firm shall act as the BOE s representative/agent during the pre-construction (including plan review), construction and post-construction phases of the proposed project. The scope of services will be in general conformance to the AIA Owner-Construction Manager Contract C132- 2019. In all instances the CM Firm shall employ its best efforts to protect the interests of the BOE and further the intended goals and purpose of the project.
