Renovation of an educational facility in Kearns, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The start date for the project is Monday, June 3, 2023. The main gymnasium must be completed and approved for use by Granite School District by August 3, 2023. Bidder shall provide detailed schedule indicating timelines for each step of floor replacement with submitted bid. Liquidated Damages. Time is of the essence and the Work must be completed within the schedule indicated. Liquidated damages may be assessed for each calendar day beyond the completion date for the work, in the amount of $250.00 per day Removal and reinstallation of bleachers. Removal and disposal off-site of existing floor. Verification and leveling of concrete slab. Installation of new maple floor. Installation of vented wall base. Painting of game lines and graphics. Seal and finish of new floor. Detailed timeline of each step of floor replacement
