Remodeling of an educational facility in Northfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 750-square-foot educational facility.
As of April 26th, 2022 this project is scheduled to be awarded at the May 17th school board meeting. The Sunset Ridge School District 29 is providing an opportunity for qualified remodeling contractors to bid the staff lounge remodel at Middlefork School. Prospective bidders must have previous work experience on projects of similar size and meet the criteria established by Sunset Ridge School District 29. Compliance with Prevailing Wages for Cook County and all equal employment practices is required.
