Renovation of a municipal facility in McAllen, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of removing the existing Switchboard Incoming Main Switch Section and providing temporary power to the facility while setting up to install a New 100% Rated Electronic Main Circuit Breaker with Integral TVSS Section in place of the existing main switch section. There will be some down time to replace the old section with the new. The switch replacement is necessary for the operation of the building electrical service. Located at 1601 N Bicentennial Blvd McAllen, TX 78501. The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all Bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the Bid considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action.
