Annual renewal shall be contingent upon the University s satisfaction with the services performed. Deadline for Written Questions 3 p.m. Eastern Time on 3/4/2022 The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals (or parts of proposals), to waive any informalities or technicalities, to clarify any ambiguities in proposals and (unless otherwise specified) to accept any item in the proposal. In case of error in extension or prices or other errors in calculation, the unit price shall govern. Further, the University reserves the right to make a single award, split awards, multiple awards or no award, whichever is in the best interest of the University. University reserves the right to request necessary modifications, reject all proposals, reject any proposal that does not meet mandatory requirement(s) or cancel this RFP, according to the best interests of the University. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
