Site work for a mixed-use development in Berkeley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of services shall include, but is not limited to: Full replacement of Skate Park fence and entry gate. See Appendix A in Specifications for the full Scope of Work. California Contractor License Classification required: Class A General Engineering or Class B General Building or Class C13 Fencing The awarded Contractor shall submit ALL Contract Documents before Wednesday, April 27, 2022 by 2:00PM. The Contractor shall be prepared to start work on Monday, May 9, 2022. Duration: Substantial completion - 120 calendar days Final completion - 180 calendar days Questions concerning the anticipated work or scope of the project should be directed to Walter Vandernald, Senior Building Maintenance Supervisor, Parks Recreation & Waterfront Department, via email at WVandernald@CityofBerkeley.info. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date of bid may not be answered.
