The Gloucester Housing Authority (the Awarding Authority) invites sealed bids from contractors for the Grass Cutting & Grounds Maintenance for the Gloucester Housing Authority (GHA) in Gloucester, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the GHA. The Project consists of grass cutting, weeding and grounds maintenance of the GHA's developments under a service contract from April 18, 2022 through December 2, 2022 with an option to renew for one (1) additional year. The work is estimated to cost $45,238.00 for one year. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the Gloucester Housing Authority.
