Tender forms can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system or at 1-866-669-7326. Obtaining the documents is subject to the pricing of this organization. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, drawn on an account registered in a banking institution in Quebec and payable to the City of Sorel-Tracy, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, taxes included. . A bid bond of the same value issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorit des march s financiers will also be accepted. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender, and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. This contract is subject to the following agreements: ACCQO, AQNB. The City of Sorel-Tracy does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation or expense of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). Furthermore, it reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part only. award is subject to final approval.
