The purpose of this RFP is to solicit additional Contractors for the established Contract Release B-357(5) for furnishing bituminous materials to be picked up and crack and joint sealer materials to be picked up or delivered to all requesting State of Minnesota Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members, on an as needed basis to increase Contract coverage throughout the counties of the State. The new Contract term will begin on August 1, 2022, or on the date of contract execution to March 31, 2023, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months in increments determined by the State. This will co-term the new Contracts with the existing Contracts on Contract Release B-357(5) for Bituminous Materials & Crack and Joint Sealers.
