Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Essex, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Essex acting by its Board of Selectmen will receive bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the satisfactory completion of the Lofts At Spencer's Corner Parking Lot Improvements STEAP Grant Project Centel-brook, Connecticut. The work includes parking lot re-pavement. The "outer loop" will he re-paved to match the "inner loop" which has been completed. The work also includes drainage and sidewalk improvements. lighting, landscaping, and signage improvement. No bids will be accepted unless accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond equal to at least 5% of the amount of the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in amounts equal to the Contract Price will be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any technicality to accept any bid which may be, in its opinion, advantageous to the Town of Essex and to Lofts. The work includes parking lot re-pavement, which has been completed and the "outer loop" which will be re-paved to match the "inner loop" which has been completed. The work also includes drainage and sidewalk improvements, lighting, landscaping and signage improvement
