Renovation of a municipal facility in Pittsfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Item #2. The removal and disposal of the current roof structure and metal siding of the Pittsfield Municipal Building located at 488 Dalrymple St., Pittsfield, Pa. 16340. Building is approximately 74' x 72' with a 24' x 20' attached side entrance. Contractor will replace all roof trusses, roof material, trimming, and siding using weather protection during construction. Construction to completed in a timely manner with the contractor providing a timetable. A materials list will be provided and will be adjusted as needed. All bid proposals must be on forms furnished by the Township and must be clearly marked 'Bid Proposal for the letting 3/22/22'. Township Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
