PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW SMUD FEED TO 7TH AND CAPITAL SERVICE PEDESTAL- Re-Bid NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) is soliciting bids for a Contractor must provide construction, installation, inspection, testing, and making operational the New SMUD feed to the existing service pedestal as shown in the Contract Documents. The work includes, but is not limited to: all site work for either repairing existing conduit raceway or including boring, trenching and backfilling; electrical; dust control; traffic control; and associated site work required to complete the Work, as further depicted and described in Plans, at SacRT's 7th and Capitol Light Rail Station. It is SacRT's policy that Small Business Enterprises ("SBEs") (defined as a business that has been certified as a small business by the California Department of General Services or any other public agency that certifies small businesses under applicable laws) will have an equal opportunity to participate in the performance of this Contract. To further that policy, SacRT will provide a 5% price preference to Bidders meeting the SBE participation goal set for this Contract.
