Remodeling of a financial development in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a financial development.

Scope of Work Bank of Utah, Third Floor Renovation- Main Branch, 2605 Washington Blvd., Ogden Utah February 23, 2022 General Requirements: 1- The contractor will ensure that each trade shall us "best trade" practices and provide first class work. 2- No plans or specifications will be provided. Contractor will verify all dimensions and site conditions. Any discrepancies or conflicts in the scope of work will be the contractor's responsibility unless agreed upon as "Unforeseen Conditions". These conditions will be brought to the attention of the owner in a timely manner. Change orders will be "cost plus 15%". 3- This scope of work is meant to show intent. The contractor will be responsible for details, work flow, quality control, and coordination with work by other contractors being performed concurrently. This concurrent work will include audio/visual, flooring, and office furnishings. 4- The space will be partially occupied during construction as we anticipate "phasing" the construction. The contractor will provide safety barriers and access and egress for employees during construction. The contractor will provide a work flow schedule that will minimize disruption to bank business and employees and provide a reasonable completion date for each phase of construction. 5- Contractor will maintain as-build documents during construction and upon completion provide warranty and operation and maintenance information. 6- The contractor will provide one year warranty of general work and extended warranty for items noted. 7- The owner will allow three parking stalls near employee entrance for staging. The contract will provide a dumpster or trailer for debris, and will clean the site daily, including the parking. Supervisor and tradesman parking will be along the northwest side of the main customer parking. Demolition: 1- The removal of existing furniture and office equipment will be by (pending), bid as add alternate. Demolition of existing flooring and incidental sanding will be by contractor. 2- Protect any building components not scheduled for demolition with particular attention to stairways and elevators. 3- Provide dust abatement at all times during construction, including air filtering equipment. 4- Remove existing wall covering and carpet base. Salvage electrical covers for re-use, and remove exiting light fixtures as noted. Woods and Plastics: 1- Provide wood backing as required for equipment installation. 2- Provide AWI custom grade millwork as shown, including trims, base, and tops. Provide color and design submittals for review. Bank to provide information for millwork at break room. Contractor to design and provide submittals for review prior to construction. 3- Contractor to provide and install "quartz" window sills to match second floor. Thermal and Moisture Protection: Doors: 1- Provide 3 1/2 sound batt insulation at all new walls-extend to roof deck. 1- Provide new wood doors and hardware as noted. 2- Re-finish existing wood doors and trims as noted. Finishes: 1- Repair existing walls to receive paint or wall covering. 2- Fill in and repair existing lay in ceilings to receive new light fixtures. 3- Provide one coat of primer and two coats of finish paint. Manufacturer and color are to match finishes on second floor. 4- Caulk all open joints as required using matching colors or clear caulk. 5- Other finishes as required. Mechanical Systems: 1- Owner will provide contractor to modify controls, existing ductwork and diffusers. Electrical: 1- Provide outlets, switches, and conduit for data in new offices and work in training room. Electrician to provide minimal options for dimming at existing switches in office space. Data runs may be by other See attached e-mail for data needs. (Jason Bergen Feb. 15, 2022) 2- Provide power and conduit for new office cubicles. This may require some core drilling and/or "power posts". 3- Provide "Avante" type light fixture per approved design after submittal. 4- Provide power to screens and window shades in training room. 5- Other modifications as required. Menah, As requested, here are the network requirements for Third floor. Third Floor--Not sure on the extent of the remodel. If we are redoing the network then below are the full requirements. Cubicles o 2 network drops per cubicle Offices o 4 network drops per office, two behind the desk, two on the opposite wall Conference/misc rooms o 2 network drops per room Printer locations o Two network drops per printer location Misc o 2 network drops per access point, 4 access points total o CVE should take care of the network connections for the 3'd floor HR Training room Network Closet o 20" deep network rack at 18U o 1U gap between patch panels (used for Network switches)
