Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Southport, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Southport proposes to construct an asphalt parking lot, asphalt walking trail, two dog park areas, three outdoor fitness stations, a picnic shelter, and associated site improvements including, but not limited to: chain link fencing and gates, signage, pavement markings and landscaping. The project site is located on the existing Taylor Field site in city limits. The proposed project is intended to improve the existing public park site. Brunswick Electric Membership Corporation will be responsible for the installation of the site lighting.
