Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Under this proposal, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools and other services necessary for the reconstruction of the floor drain system in the City Garage including approximately 1,350 linear feet of trench drains, 1,500 linear feet of PVC piping, and 7,600 square feet of concrete floor construction, and all work incidental thereto, all in accordance with contract documents. If the contractor does not complete the work on or before the date set forth above or within the extra time allowed under a City granted time extension, the City will assess liquidated damages. The City will deduct Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for every calendar day that the work remains uncompleted from payments due the contractor.
