Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Battleford, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work, in general, consists of but is not limited to the provision of all labour, materials and equipment required for the execution of topsoil stripping & stockpiling, rough grading, placement of topsoil, chain link fencing, retaining wall construction & granular road construction. Tender documents will be available for digital download on sasktenders.ca . Hard copies will not be provided. To ensure consideration, tenders shall be accompanied by the following: a) A bid deposit by Bid Bond for (10) percent of the gross tender amount. b) A Consent of Surety to furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Bond each for ten (10) percent of the gross tender amount.
